Ronnie Kearns
President/CEO
Ronnie Kearns is an Air Force veteran with a strong background in Aviation Maintenance and Avionics, and is the founder of Greenville Kearns Aerospace Maintenance, Inc. He has founded additional companies to include The Kearns Group, in Ozark, AL, and Three Notch Staffing in Andalusia, AL. He is a strong business professional with the demonstrated ability to capitalize on opportunities, anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing business and market conditions, structure and negotiate sound business deals, and generate sustainable revenue and profit margin increases in a highly competitive industry. Mr. Kearns has a track record of developing profitable, long‐term partnerships with high‐level decision makers.
Billy Mitchell
VP of Operations
Mr. Mitchell oversees all operations in the GKAM facility in Greenville, MS. Mr. Mitchell’s experience includes over fifteen years leading MRO operations. He has vast experience maintaining, repairing, and overhauling Bell, Airbus, and Sikorsky rotary wing aircraft as well as multiple fixed-wing platforms operated by federal, commercial, and municipal departments and agencies. Mr. Mitchell has served in several senior leadership positions focused on production management.
Wes Hurless
Director of Quality
Mr. Hurless is a leadership professional with over 40 years’ experience in Aerospace Manufacturing, Aircraft Completions, Modifications, Service, and Continuous Improvement Integration. Mr. Hurless holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is well versed in FAA Part 145 Repair Station, Part 21 Mfg., ISO9001, AS9001, NASCAP, DCMA 8210, Government and Military Contract, and Environmental Health and Safety. Mr. Hurless has held key leadership positions with large scale employers such as General Dynamics, Superior Air Parts, Inc. Sabreliner Aviation, SRG Global, and Erickson, Inc.
Patrick Rooney
Mr. Rooney is a graduate of The University of West Florida and the Georgia Institute of Technology-Southern Center for International Studies with over 40 years’ experience in finance and business leadership. He has led several startup businesses in multiple industries. He has also led business improvement teams as well as developed and implemented accounting and decision support systems to streamline business efficiency. Mr. Rooney serves as CFO for GKAM.
Spencer Lyons

Robert Spencer Lyons III was born and raised in Greenville, MS. A Washington High School graduate, Spencer went on to earn a Business Degree from Delta State University. Since 2018, he has worked for his family-owned company, SW Diesel Power, as a Parts Manager and Salesman. Mr. Lyons now serves as Director of Logistics for Greenville Kearns Aerospace Maintenance, Inc.

Karly Mathews earned her BA from the University of Troy for Global Business with a concentration in Human Resources. With over 5 years of experience, she is a results-focused leader who handles talent acquisition and retention to help GKAM maximize the most valuable asset, the employees. She is also dedicated to creating and maintaining a strong corporate culture while promoting company growth and cultivating customer loyalty through hard work and professionalism.

Nikki Landrum is a native of Greenville, MS. She is an honor graduate of Greenville Weston High School. Ms. Landrum attended college at the Universe of Southern Mississippi where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She participated in an internship with the City of Greenville and earned a full-time job as the Mayor's Executive Assistant for the next 8 years. Ms. Landrum is a proud mother of a 6-year-old daughter, who was born prematurely. From her experience she started her own nonprofit, MyPreemieandMe where she educates the community as well as expecting mothers on how to properly care for themselves and their baby during pregnancy and transitioning from NICU to home. Ms. Landrum is excited to serve as Executive Assistant for the President and CEO of Greenville Kearns Aerospace Maintenance, Inc.
